Wine Dinner

Join us for the rare opportunity to meet winemaker Lorenzo Cotellessa of Tuscany's Villa Ilangi winery. A family affair for over 60 years, Villa Ilangi has been certified organic since 2018; by operating a functioning farm on the estate they are able to offer a delicious and sustainable glimpse into the Firenze countryside.

The evening's menu is designed to specifically complement Villa Ilangi's wines while showcasing the cuisine of Tuscany.

First Course:
Marinated Shrimp Bruschetta: Stracciatella Cheese, Green Fava Beans, Pickled Kumquats
Accompanied by Villa Ilangi Vermentino

Second Course:
Handmade Maltagliati, "Farmer's Tuscan Vegetables" Ragout, Pecorino Cheese
Accompanied by Villa Ilangi Chianti Riserva, DOCG

Third Course:
Peposo: Tuscan Red Wine Beef Stew, Soft Polenta, Kale
Villa Ilangi "Bossu" Toscana Rosso IGT

Fourth course:
Torta coi Bischeri: Shortcrust Pastry, Chocolate, Pinenuts, Candied Fruit
Villa Ilangi "Fonterosa" Sparkling Rose
